There is a modern shared kitchen, with dining table, shared living room, bathroom, wc and utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and large garden with side access and off-road parking for 3 cars on the large driveway (we've had 2 hatchbacks and a van on there, comfortably). Nearby amenities, local shops, pubs, barber, college, bus routes, soon to be new railway station. Sharing with 2 respectable male working professionals. Bills approx £70 pcm. Must be seen as this property is very well looked after and would make a nice home.
