The house has three double bedrooms and two singles, all fully furnished, with good quality mattresses; three bathrooms with showers; kitchen/living area with a range of appliances including a dishwasher, a microwave, two fridge/freezers and a double oven; a laundry/utility area with a washing machine and a tumble drier.

Wooden or tile flooring throughout. Gas central heating and underfloor heating in the kitchen/living area. Mega-flow hot water system. Low maintenance garden with a patio, outdoor sitting, and covered bike shed.

All bills included, including fibre broadband and WIFI mesh system in every room.
