There is a bath, but no shower. No smoking in the house. Outside toilet as well as bathroom.
Use of all facilities, good wifi, bike porch, parking, bus to town every 10 minutes, 11 minutes cycle to ARU.
Two months rent payable at the start, then £400 a month thereafter.
