I have a large single room for rent for people who are looking for mon-fri accommodation.

The room is clean and comfortable. Carpeted. Has a wardrobe, chest of drawers.

TV with freeview

Access to the Internet. Shared areas are bathroom and kitchen.

I'm a single 37 year old female. I live in a ground floor massionette in arbury. Close to shops, bus stop, city Centre, science park and a14 to name a few.

I have 2 cats who are very friendly

Smokers are ok, though will be asked to smoke in the garden.

I work full time and when I'm home I generally just like to relax and watch TV and I like my own space. Sometimes have friends over for the evening.
