Spacious double in great location

Maisonette in a great location, 20 mins walk to the station and to the centre of town and a few minutes walk from the river. You'll take the larger bedroom and then share the living room, shower room and kitchen. The living room has the most comfortable sofa ever, plants along the ceiling, a piano and underfloor heating. Split across two levels, the stairwell runs between the living room and shower room downstairs and between the two bedrooms upstairs. The place has a south-facing patio and there is space for a bike to be stored under the access stairway. Parking is free on the streets outside.

Bills are in addition and are split equally. This will include: council tax (unless you are exempt - Band B), water, electricity, broadband, BBC licence (which I'll cover if you have Netflix or Amazon Prime).

Current housemate moving out mid October for a new job in London.

I coparent with a friend in London and we have an 18-month old who will stay for occasional weekends so someone who is fine with children and doesn’t leave nails around would be ideal.
