Double bedroom in a spacious friendly house

Hi!

We are three young professionals, Alex, Joe and Chloe, looking for a new housemate to join our friendly ‘home’ like house! Our current housemate, Meara, is moving out.

We are friends as well as housemates, who enjoy eating together when our schedules allow, cooking, playing sports, and generally socialising!

The house is a beautiful detached property with a lovely garden, lounge, dining room, spacious kitchen with breakfast bar, utility room and integral garage. There's parking in the drive and plenty of on-street parking if you have a car! We are only 5 minutes cycle to the business park, science park and 10 minutes from Cambridge North train station.

Despite being only 15 minutes cycle ride from the centre, we're in a quiet area of Cambridge with lots of green spaces and a small park just across the road. The property is great value for money as we rent the entire house rather than individual rooms.

The available rooms is:
A fully furnished double room at the front of the property with large windows. It will be available and preferably filled from September 2019

We're looking for other young professionals of a similar age to us. We hope you'll be someone who'll be a part of our 'housemate family' and get to know us and spend time with us, as well as having your own life. And of course, someone who'll do their fair share of the chores and milk runs!
