The Studio is tucked away under trees, so it is very quiet, private, and a comfortable place to live. Since it is basically a 'remote annex' of the main house, you will also have use of the washing machine in the main house, and a tumble drier which is located in garden shed.

The £1200/month rent includes high speed internet and (electric) heating costs, and also includes Council Tax. (If you'd prefer to pay your own C. Tax of approx £120/month then the rent will be reduced accordingly).
