Short let: single room near Addenbrooke's Hospital

I am offering a room in a family home in Holbrook Road on a short let basis.

The room is furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside table.

The house is a large terraced house with a garden. We are in a residential street off Hills Road, between Addenbrooke's and Cambridge railway station. The Citi 1 and other buses stop on Hills Road and the railway station is 1½ miles away.

There are several local shops, takeaways and other amenities within 10 minutes' walk.

The rent includes all bills, including reasonable use of broadband. I would consider a Monday-Friday let for a reduced rent. Well behaved pets considered, subject to a pet deposit.
