The annexe provides a studio room with full kitchen facilities, living/sitting area, desk/table, bed, ensuite shower room, underfloor heating and its own entrance through French doors that open into the front garden. Council tax, utility bills & wifi included, as is a regular clean. One parking space on the drive and plenty of space for a bike.
