The room is in a semi-detached house which are shared by professionals. It is located at popular Coleridge Rd: 20 minute walk to the city centre, Within 10 minute walk distance to train station, Leisure Park and Mill Road. Several bus services are available nearby.

The house is nicely decorated and kept cleaning. There are entrance hall, dining room, conservatory, two bathrooms and three toilets It has all facilities needed which include wireless broadband internet connection. Bills and council tax are inclusive.

I have other rooms (a study and a bedroom to rent out together) available from 18th August on the same floor.
