One small, but lovely single room is available in a furnished Victorian house on Devonshire Road (1 min from Mill Road, 5 mins from the train station) from 1 Dec.

Rent includes council tax, bills, wifi, etc.

We're seeking a housemate to join a friendly, clean, quiet house. The house consists of a communal living room with couch, dining table and bookshelves. The kitchen is large, with two fridges, freezer, washing machine, tumble-dryer, oven and gas stove. The house has a bathroom with shower over bath, and a WC under the stairs. Bikes can be locked to secure rings outside the front of the house or round the back. There is also an attic and airing cupboard.

The bedroom is quite small (~3x~3m) but has plenty of storage (shelves & built in wardrobe), has a single bed and looks out over the garden. The ideal person would be friendly, relaxed and tidy.

All three existing housemates work during the week, so the room would be best for other young professionals or a PhD student.
