We have a newly decorated studio in a shared house.

The accommodation consists of door in to:

A living space with kitchen, sofa, dining table and chairs and shelving unit. Door through to adjacent shower room.

Another door in to a large, bright sunny double bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and shelves.

The kitchen is fully equipped for independent food preparation.

You will share the main entrance to the house with 5 other housemates - we have a very 'happy' house - all tenants are vetted by us and hand picked with current tenants in mind - we want everyone to get along and be comfortable in what will be their 'home'.

Tesco, Sainsbury's, Aldi and Lidl are all closeby within walking/cycling distance.

We are a family run business and live locally just a short distance away.

Rent £950 for one person, £1000 for a couple - MOST BILLS included (excluding tumble dryer and tv licence). The studio is metered for electricity and charged separately.
