Hi all,

The double room on offer is furnished with double bed, built-in wardrobe and closed shelving unit, bedside cupboard, desk and chair, high shelves.

The rent is inclusive of all bills with one months rent required as deposit. The room looks over the back garden with nice views.

House Features; shared living room with TV (newer TV than in photo) modern kitchen fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, main upstairs shower-room and small downstairs WC, fast wi-fi, large garden, BBQ, garden shed, secure area for bikes and the road has plenty of free on-street parking.

House is in a fantastic location near Mill Road: 5 minute walk from several shops incl. large Sainsbury's, lots of pubs and restaurants, 15-20 minute walk from city centre and train station and 35 min walk to Addenbrooke's hospital. The Citi2 bus services the area.

Currently three people in the house (2 x female, 1 x male), late-twenties to early-thirties, looking for a tidy, laid back and sociable male housemate to share with. The current housemates are English, Spanish and French, all professionals.
