The house is large/big/spacious, fantastic open plan kitchen with plenty of storage, four fridges (!!!!) washing machine and tumble dryer, gas hobs and gas oven. There is a nice garden to spend time outside too.

The room is large and comfortable.

The price of the room includes ALL bills: water, electricity, gas, council tax, superfast internet in the whole house, plus a cleaner for the common areas.

Location wise, you can check this for yourself on Google Maps, the house is very close to:

- Spar, McDonald's, Chip Shop, Indian Restaurant
- 12 min walk or 4 min bike to Tesco Superstore
- 11min bike ride or 18min bus ride to City Centre
- 5min walk or 2min ride to Coldham's Common and gym with swimming pool
- Rumour has it, an Aldi/Lidl is going to open nearby too!
- Great Access to A14 and M11

Couples are welcome for £835/PCM all bills included.

There's a cleaning company that comes once a week and do a good job of all communal areas, making sure we enjoy a clean and presentable home. We still try to "Clean As We Go", so it is a nice, tidy place to live.

We are all working folk with busy lifestyles and we also enjoy the tranquillity and comfort of our own rooms from time to time as well. But we like to socialise too and might enjoy an evening out on the weekends (when not on lockdown!).
