We have a room (SINGLE OCCUPANCY) in well located house with good access to the station (12/15 min walking distance), Mill Road (5/7 min walking distance) and Beehive centre (10/12 min walking distance).

The property has fully equipped kitchen/dinning area, 1 shower room with toilet laundry room and 1 other toilet share with 3 other professionals, there is also a nice patio area, garden and parking at the front of the house.

The price for the rooms is £750 per calendar month all inclusive, the room is FURNISHED with bed, wardrobe, desk ad chest of drawers. , Council Tax, Water and internet are included in the monthly rent but TV License has to be arranged between the tenants.

At the moment there are 1 girl (Italian) and 2 boys (Spanish and Rumanian) all professionals over 25 years old living in the house.

We are looking for professionals male or female (OVER 25 YEARS OLD) tidy, respectful and responsible to treat the house like their home, we are flexible to arrange viewings in-person or video call if you are interested and would like to arrange to view the property we re available to do it with a video call or in person any day of the week after 7 pm.
