❤️Lovely Double Room With Adjoining Study

Hi, I'm looking for a lodger (female preferred) to rent out a fully furnished bedroom with adjoining study in my lovely house.

You will have access to the fully equipped kitchen including washing machine/tumble dryer, sitting room with dining table, bathroom & pretty garden.

Wifi connection.

The house is in a brilliant location.. the Beehive Centre with supermarkets is 3 mins away. It is also close to Mill Road (shops, cafes) Anglia Ruskin University & the Grafton Centre (mall with clothes shops etc). The river is 10 mins away.

Rent is £595 pcm. This includes all bills. N. B gas and electricity price may go up slightly due to usage, time of year. I keep costs as low as possible.

You would be sharing with me the live in landlady; I'm really friendly and I'm training currently to be a gardener. I would like to share my house with someone that is kind, considerate, independent, clean and tidy.

It is a lovely house and I have shared with a lot of different lodgers over the years. It is also a quiet household and would suit someone who appreciates this.

Its nice to share a meal or two now and again but equally I like my own space and have a life of my own so I'm looking for someone who is independent.

I'm possibly getting a cat or dog in the future so liking pets is a must.

I usually meet potential lodgers a couple of times before they move in.

No couples sorry. Non smoking household. References required.
