Also, available off-street parking around the property and a secured lock place for bikes in the front yard. All bills are included in the rent, with no extra fee to pay.

A little more of us :) You’d expect a family house ( my 12-year-old boy and working couple ) and also see my other lodger, who is working professionally in Cam. I’d like to have someone who feels a family environment, enjoys their routine and doesn’t mind a chill together sometimes.

Work/study reference, ID copy and deposit are needed to rent the room. The deposit will be back to you when you leave your accommodation.
