The independent annex located at CB5, is currently available for 750 a month inclusive of all bills, except council tax. If you are a professional, you need to contribute 50 pounds towards the council tax, total 800 a month. Please see video attached.

It includes a large single bed, bathroom and a pantry, with its own fridge, air cooker, microwave, and rice cooker. Washing machine use is in the main house.

The main 3 bedroom house has a large living area conjoined to dining area overlooking back garden. Occupied by a kind and fit owner, 84 years old land lady. Large kitchen, and bathroom upstairs.

Parking available in front of the house. Bills including council tax are in the rent price. Mature Male student is preferred. Bring only your personal belongings.

A bit about me: I live in Macau and am an architect by profession. I manage my Mum’s house and deal with the rental agreement. We are happy to socialize or give people their space.
