A lovely 1930s 4 bedroomed house, in a quiet residential area of central Cambridge. The house is in the south of the city, approximately 15 minutes walk to Cambridge Biomedical Campus and & Arm & 1.5 miles from the city centre, and 15 minutes walk to the train station. There's a supermarket 3 minutes walk away & lots of local shops too. Buses run frequently into town.

The loft conversion is a lovely, furnished, spacious room with king-sized bed & views all around. There is an ensuite toilet & shower room for your own use, with a large window and heated towel rail.

We are a friendly family of 3 (my son is at uni) and are used to having a lodger. The space would suit a professional who needs somewhere very comfortable, quiet and self contained, rather than a shared house experience.

We have storage for bikes & parking is easy here too. I would also consider a Monday to Friday let (£650 pcm).
