Fully furnished, good size double bedroom upstairs overlooking the back garden in a detached house shared by other professionals is available now. The house is only 10 minutes walk to Addenbrookes Hospital. A convenient store, Chinese take-away, Queen Edith's Pub is nearby. The bus stop is only few steps away. General Practice Surgery across the road. A huge back garden and a parking space at the front is a bonus.

I will be looking for a person who has the ability to maintain cleanliness in his own room, in the shared bathroom/toilet and will do after care in the kitchen after cooking.. The shared bathroom/toilet upstairs will only be shared by 2x housemates, extra toilet downstairs also available.

Current occupier are all staff in Addenbrookes Hospital and doing different working hours so we love to have a new housemate who understands and be considerate not to make loud noises when someone is resting/sleeping from doing night shifts.
