Double room's near Mill Road

Hi,

We are looking for a new housemate aged 25-45 (ish) of any gender to share our home. We are 3 young (ish) professionals who are quiet and independent living but enjoy the odd pint or watching the occasional film together.
The room is a good sized double. We are situated near Mill Road and the beehive centre so great shopping is nearby. We are a 30 minute walk from the centre of Cambridge and a 20 minute walk to the central train station.
Deposit is £385, monthly rent including bills is £565, letting agent fees apply for references. The room is available from 2nd Nov for a 6 month contract.
