Four young, friendly professionals looking for a professional to fill their fifth bedroom. The Elizabeth Way house is a good size, with a nice light kitchen and living room which opens onto our lovely big garden - perfect for barbecues and lazy summer evenings! The river and the city centre are all within walking distance. The bedroom is on the first floor and is available from 1st August 2018.

The room is furnished, including a double bed, wardrobe, drawers and book shelf. The room benefits from double glazing. The rent is £500, which includes all bills (bills would separately come to over £80/month) - council tax, gas, electric, water, TV licence, wireless broadband, everything! The house also has a washing machine and dryer, two fridge-freezers, large TV, and a sofa-bed. We are looking for someone clean, tidy and sociable who will become a part of the household. Notes: single occupancy only; no smokers; rent payable by monthly standing order; tenancy 6 months+
