The kitchen is also modern, with gas hobs and an electric oven, a large fridge/freezer and a washing machine. The house is ideally located, being 15 minutes walk from the railway station, 30 minutes walk to the town centre and Grafton Centre and only a 20 minute cycle ride from the Addenbrooke’s site. Sainsbury’s Superstore is a 10 minute walk away and a Co-operative shop is just around the corner on Mill Road, as are many independent pubs, cafes and restaurants. There is the citi2 bus which stops right around the corner, and runs between Addenbrookes, city centre and the science park.
