This shared house is close to Addenbrooke's Hospital and Arm, so perfectly suited for new or existing employees.

Local amenities include food stores, take-aways and newsagents, all within a short (5 min) cycle ride. There is also a park and local nature reserve within walking distance if you're looking for sanctuary from the city. Conveniently, there is also a bus stop opposite the house, which will get you to the train station in ten minutes or so, and on to the city centre.

The ground floor area comprises a spacious kitchen with modern furnishings including a generous sized fridge, user-friendly modern cooking unit and breakfast dining space. There is a large combined living and dining room area too.

The first floor consists of three bedrooms (two double, one single) and a bathroom. There is a separate WC downstairs. The property further benefits from a front and rear garden; the rear garden has decking, a shed, fire pit, BBQ, battle rope and large tyre (for any tyre flipping fitness fans!). The house is fully furnished. Free on street parking available.

We share the entire house and try to treat it as a home rather than a rental. The room in question is an upstairs single with a new bed and mattress. You would also have exclusive use of a downstairs office which may be adapted as you like. Walk in wardrobe has been a popular choice! Office desk included for home working / study.

You would be living with tidy, affable, working professionals. Friendly and easy-going with varied nerdy interests. Games, Netflix, Disney+, Playstation, Switch, DnD, Mario Kart :)
