Very good location if you're working in the city centre or around Addenbrooke's hospital/south Cambridge or if you need to take the train.
The room is fully furnished with a double bed, a desk, a chest of drawers, some shelves and a small wardrobe.
The house is spacious with a living room, a big kitchen fully equipped, a garden and high speed broadband internet. The bathroom is shared between 3 persons only because the fourth bedroom has its own shower room. There is an extra toilet downstairs in case the bathroom is taken.
The housemates are all professionals who work regular office hours in different university departments.
The rent is £580 per calendar month with one month deposit and all bills are included except gas/electricity that is to share between tenants.
