Double room available in beautiful flat

Large ensuite with shower cubicle. Flat is on two levels, bedrooms on the upper level and on the lower level there is a kitchen, living room, utility room, downstairs toilet and large balcony. Also the possibility of using a secure underground car parking space, and bike store. Sadly landlord does not want any pets living here, so as much as I would love to I cannot consider a flatmate that comes with dog/cat/other animal.
Fun, tidy, easy going flatmate preferred.
