Includes all bills - gas, electricity, internet (300MB), council tax, water, sewerage and a weekly clean of all communal areas.

Please note that bills per person are running at least £200 per person. This will the same in any house where you rent.

Large Victorian corner house ideally located on Tenison Road, just off Mill Road, near rail station. Friendly mixed house. Everything provided - all furniture & large fully equipped kitchen. Just bring clothes, bedlinen & towels.

Two rooms have en-suites - this is not one of them. Two other toilets and two basins and a shower. Weekly communal clean.
ALL BILLS INCLUDED (gas, electric,300mpbs fibre wifi, weekly communal clean, water). So you know exactly what your costs are for the contract period. Please be aware contract is for 3
months minimum. Then it reverts to a monthly periodic tenancy.

I do have the property up for sale but it will be sold to a landlord as it’s an HMO. As a tenant you will simply have a different landlord!

All rooms have their own locks. Courtyard garden with furniture and secure rear access for bikes.

All female house and is the preference of current tenants that it remains so.

There is a parking space at the front of the house - off road - that can be rented from the landlord for an additional £50 pcm.
