Lovely bright rooms in large Victorian house

I have one room free in a beautiful Victorian house. It is close to the city centre, a 10 minute walk across parkland. There is a lovely garden with a fig tree.

I live in the house with my girlfriend, Constance who is 2, and my two children, 12 and 10 are there part time. Currently the other lodger is a 28 yo doctor.

I think the house would suit a professional or visiting academic but I would be happy with a post grad student. You need to be tolerant of children.

I would like to someone who appreciates their surroundings and enjoys good company. I have a lovely piano, so if you play, that would be good.
