Double bedroom with garden views in city centre

We have a large bedroom (with king-size bed) with garden views in a lovely house shared with two other friendly tenants. The house is well maintained, clean, very homely, has a large garden (with lots of wildlife and recently a baby hedgehog) and is fully furnished. It has an open and communal living space (with shared kitchen, lounge and dining areas), and is situated in an excellent location (8 minutes walk to the station, 4 minutes walk to cafes/pubs/shops on Mill Road, short bike ride from the city centre).

We are looking for someone who is considerate, non-smoking, clean, and can help us keep the place a nice home to come back to each night. It is well suited for a working professional, visiting scholars, students, and post-docs.
