Hello there, pleased to e-meet you! My name is Giuliana and I’m an Irish girl renting in Cambridge since last year. I have a double Ensuite room to let for single occupancy in a clean, spacious, modern apartment (built in 2013) for £747.50/month (excl. bills). I’m a scientist by trade, working 8am-6pm Mon-Fri and a laidback and considerate housemate. Happy to share the odd meal/ glass of wine to catch up but also very respectful of people’s need for space too 😊

In terms of the apartment, it is fully furnished comprising; 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with all utilities, hallway, closet space, west facing balcony and communal gardens. The lease is available until mid-October with the possibility to extend for another year at the end of the contract.

The room is ideal for people traveling by train/bus (5 min walk from the main train station and bus stops) or on foot as the city centre is only a short 20 minute walk away. Parking is also available in the secure gated parking lot if you have a car, alternatively bike storage in the same carpark is available too. Cambridge Leisure is situated about 750m away, offering shopping, restaurants and recreational amenities.
