This room is a small double on the first floor at the front of the house. It gets the morning sunshine. All rooms have their own lock.

It has a wardrobe, with shelves, book shelves on the wall with a lean to desk. A chair is provided and a rug. Good quality thick Roman blind on the window.

Quiet house of young quiet professionals or post docs Not a super social house - just similar like minded considerate housemates.

Kitchen fully equipped (pots, pans, cutlery, kettle etc - no need to bring anything) - includes iron, ironing board. shared large kitchen/living/dining space. No need to bring anything except your personal items, bedding and towels.

All rooms have own locks. House is fully checked to meet landlord requirements/fire regulations etc. I am licensed with the council and all fire checks and other obligations are met.

Back gate (with lock) and garden for bike storage. Table and chairs for sitting in the sun. It hits the garden late afternoon/evening.

All bills included (gas, electric, water, WiFi and council tax) . Also includes a weekly clean of communal areas. WiFi is Virgin fibre 300mbps.

Fixed price so you know what your outgoings are.

All quiet professionals. Friendly house but if you are looking for a full on social house - let’s all eat together type house, then this is not for you!

The bathrooms and kitchen/all communal areas get a thorough clean each week.

Landlord (live out) has owned the house since 2006. I look for a good tenant and housemate fit. Get it right almost always. Tenants are professionals. Usually in their 20s/30s. Quiet and considerate.

Rent is £759 pcm all bills included. Deposit is 1 month (gets protected) and contract is a fixed term of 6 months - an AST, then moving to a monthly periodic, with 1 rental months period notice. Single occupancy only.

There is a parking space at the front of the house - off road - that can be rented from the landlord for an additional £70 pcm.
