En-suite room CB1 - students

I'm a student at Anglia Ruskin and I 'm looking for someone to take over my contract as I will leave my room by the middle of December. This could be the perfect opportunity for January starters. The room is in Bragg House, 3min walking from the train station and 15min walking from Anglia and the city center. The building includes laundry facilities and bike storage. This flat has 7 clean and quiet housemates that share the kitchen. The room includes a wardrobe, a desk with 3 drawers and a chair, shelves and a double bed with storage.
