This is a 3 bed property (2 doubles & 1 single) that is rented out as a whole from a private landlord- it's not a HMO.

6 month contract- rolling month by month after that.

Bills are on top and split evenly between us.

Looking for a professional, someone who is clean, tidy and generally easy going.

£720 pcm + bills (may get a cleaner once a month for deep cleans, so this would be split too).
