2 large double rooms available in a shared house

Hello!
Two large double rooms are available in our shared house. The house is central - about a 2 minute walk from Jesus Green.

There are three other housemates, a mixture of PhD students and Researchers at the university - men and women in their late 20's early 30's. It's a very relaxed friendly group, looking for a friendly, sociable housemate to be a part of the house community.

Most of us are on different schedules, so we usually cook for ourselves, but we do go on the occasional house pub outing.

Some of the things we have:
- washing machine
- dishwasher
- 50Gb/s internet
-a garden without much grass, but it's good for storing bikes and having dinners and bbq's in the summer
- a large gas hob with electric oven
-a greenhouse if you would like to grow anyting
- a street where you can usually find a parking space
