Large double room in central Cambridge

A large, bright double room is available in a shared house in Cambridge. The house is situated behind the Beehive Centre next to the Nuffield Gym on Cromwell Road.
The house is comprised of kitchen, living room with sofas and dining table, downstairs toilet and a modern bathroom with shower and bath shared between three tenants. The house has four bedrooms in total, one of which is en-suite.
Bills are not included but come to approximately £100 per month.
Myself and another tenant are moving out so there will be two double rooms available in the house. The two remaining tenants are really friendly guys, who are out quite a bit. The house is nicely decorated and bright. We keep it clean and have all enjoyed living here.
The location is great with a short walk to Mill road and the Beehive and Grafton Centre within walking distance as well. The train station is approximately a 10/15 minute cycle.
