Double room in gorgeous house in central Cambridge

We are a young professional and a PhD student who are looking for someone to join us in our beautiful house. The house is ideally located right in the centre of Cambridge, a 5 minute walk from the main shopping areas, many university buildings and pubs. There is only a small courtyard with the house, but we are less than 5 minutes from 3 of Cambridge’s central parks!

The house is a three-story Victorian terrace house with a shared living space and a recently refitted kitchen. There are two bathrooms and three bedrooms.

The available room is a cosy room on the second floor; it is south facing so it gets lots of light! The photos show the room currently with a double bed, however we’re only able to offer the room unfurnished or with a single bed at the moment. However as you can see, there is room for a double bed if that’s what you currently have! Bills are not included in the rent - council tax band E.

We work and study full time in Cambridge, one as a Research Scientist and the other as a PhD at the University of Cambridge. We spend our spare time doing various sporty things, making friends at the pub, and dancing badly at every opportunity.

We enjoy having joint dinners and playing board games together, so we’re looking for someone who appreciates a social environment! We are also looking for someone who will be as committed as we are to keeping the house clean and beautiful.
