We are three young professionals who have been living together for the past 6 months looking for someone to join us in our peaceful house.

The house is located on Vinery Road, which is located right next to the vibrant Mill Road. It is a 5-minute walk to the closest Coop and Tesco (on Mill Road).
Really easy access to both the bus and train station, and to Addenbrooke's hospital.

The house is a 4 bedroom property (3 doubles and 1 single) with a shared living space, bathroom, kitchen and a small toilet room. There is also a big back yard, ideal for summer.
Additionally, there is a garage in which you can store your bike.

The available room is a cosy double room on the first floor. There is a double bed, two wardrobes, a chest of drawers and a desk that come with the room.
Some bills are included.
