Beautiful Little Cottage in Cambridge City

This accommodation is a little cottage that is in our garden next to our house. We rent it long term to quiet people and tend to keep to ourselves.

It is a bedroom with little kitchenette and private en-suite shower room

My partner has an office in one room of the Cottage and uses it between 9-5 on weekdays. It generally works for us to have someone who is out during the day so that both have privacy. He leaves it alone at the weekends so that you can have your privacy. We had a female lodger for 3 years working at Sanger and she felt quite safe with us around. He never uses the toilet/shower room.

The Cottage is furnished but there is no bedding, towels or utensils so that you can make yourself at home with your own items. But we can provide items if you need them.

There is a fridge, a washing machine, french windows, use of the garden, small one ring cooker and we can provide a microwave if you would like.

There is plenty of free parking in the street.

We are quiet people and very enthusastic recyclers so would ask you to join us in disposing of your litter ethically.
