This advert is for a double bedroom in a wonderful and quiet house, with great housemates, located in central Cambridge (CB2).

The available bedroom is a double room on the ground floor with plenty of space for a double bed, wardrobe, drawers and a desk.

The room is offered unfurnished, however I am willing to sell my furniture for a very reasonable price (please ask about it when you apply) as I am moving to another city. The hallway has enough space for bike storage.

The downstairs bathroom is shared, however you can use it as your own shower room, as I have done while living here. Alternatively, sharing the upstairs bathroom is also an option.

The housemates are friendly, respectful and always up for a chat. We also occasionally get together to have a BBQ/takeaway meal/drink/movie night. We have had some great memories in the house, and I will be sad to leave my housemates when I move out.

The location is ideal - the house is on Norwich Street, which is 8mins walk to Cambridge train station, a few mins walk from the nearest Tesco and Co-Op, and 12mins walk to the centre of Cambridge.

The bills and utilities are separate from the rent. On average they are £115 per month, so the monthly total of rent and bills comes to roughly £670. This is a very good price for the room, house and location.

The room is available from the 30th of October, however there is a possibility to move in before this date.

There are residents parking spaces in front of the house (8am-8pm), and to use them you'll need to get a permit from the council.
