Cozy Double Room In a Very central Flat

Hi everyone,

I’m renting out a small double room in a flat located right at the start of Mill Road. It’s a super central location within walking distance of both universities, the shopping centres, bars, restaurants, cinemas, and everything else in the town centre.

The flat has:
• Two bathrooms (one with a shower)
• A spacious living room with tall ceilings
• A smaller kitchen
• A large roof terrace, perfect for BBQs and hanging out

The room itself faces south, away from Mill Road, so it’s the quietest room in the flat and gets plenty of sunlight all year round. It’s half-furnished, with the current tenant leaving behind some furniture like the bed and a desk.

You’ll be sharing the flat with two young professionals (one male, one female). We’re both friendly, social, and easygoing.

We’re looking for someone who’s:
• Very clean, respectful, and considerate
• Experienced with shared living
• Ideally planning to stay long-term (minimum 1 year)

The rent is £650 per month, not including bills, which usually come to around £150 each. There’s also a £50 agency fee to cover the contract signing.
