Double Room in Shared House 5 Mins from City Centr

Double Bedroom in Shared House 5 minutes cycle from City Centre, available from mid March.

We are two friendly and sociable PhD students currently studying neuroscience. We are looking for a tidy and friendly housemate to take the third room in our house as our other housemate has recently bought a flat. Preferably we are looking for a grad student as we would like to continue to be exempt from council tax. As the bedrooms are not large, we spend a lot of time in the living space, so we'd prefer someone who feels comfortable with this and can make themselves at home!

- The Room -
The room is a small double with windows looking out onto the garden, some storage furniture, and a built in wardrobe. The room is at the back of the house so is great for getting the sun in the morning, and gets no noise from the road.

- The House -
The shared part of the house includes a large and comfortable living and dining area, a moderately sized galley kitchen, and a shared bathroom complete with a bath/shower.

We also have a large garden, which is lovely to sit out in most of the year. We also have plenty of space for bikes etc in the garden.

- The Location -
We live in a quiet residential cul-de-sac with very quiet neighbours. Free parking is available on our street.

We live a 5 minute walk from the Grafton Centre and less than 5 minutes from the Beehive Centre, which has a range of shops including Asda, Lidl and M&S. The house is 10 minutes from Mill Road, and about a 15 minute walk to Cambridge Station, so is very well situated for amenities.

Bills work out to roughly £30 a month.

Our landlord is excellent, and is always very quick to respond if we ever have any problems or queries.
