The house is in a quiet residential area and has both on and off road parking.

Sainsbury's, Tescos, Aldi and Lidl are all within easy walking distance and the city centre is just 10 minutes away along the river by bike. There is a regular bus service at the top of the road on Newmarket Road.

The A14 is close-by for easy access to all areas around Cambridge and beyond. The Chisholm Trail is on the doorstep giving easy access to both north and south Cambridge including the Science Park, St John's Innovation Centre and Addenbrookes.
Cambridge North train station is just 10 minute cycle ride across the River Cam.

We are a family run business and live locally.

A cleaner visits once a week to clean the communal areas.

There is an annexe to this house which has two further letting rooms but it is completely self-contained.
