Hi there,

A small single room will be available from August 31st, for £450/month bills inclusive. Students candidates only please.

The property is located within access to amenities with walking distance to universities, city centre, shopping centres and river cam. Shared kitchen, dining room, bathroom, washing machine and WiFi.

I am a living in landlady, sharing my property with polite, quiet, considerate, well mannered, with no challenging behaviour, clean and obedient student candidates, who don’t mind sharing it with me and others.
