Cambridge City Centre - Perfect on a tight budget

This is a small room but is absolutely ideal if you are on a tight budget as all bills are included in the rent.

The room will have been completely redecorated before you move in.

It is furnished (you will need your personal bed linen etc) and is for one person.

You would share a newly re-furbished bathroom and recently re-furbished kitchen with just one other person.

The house is in Perowne Street which is a quiet, residential cul-de-sac just off Mill Road. The house is divided into three self-contained studio flats and two bed-sitting rooms and these two rooms share a modern bathroom and a recently re-furbished kitchen (in which there is a clothes washing machine shared by all).

It is important to note that this is a shared house and not a communal house. Each of the five tenants very much has their own sacred space.

The other tenants are young professionals and academics. Most of them have been in our house for 5+ years
