The house is conveniently located at (walking distance):
- 2 mins from Mill Road, along which you can find supermarkets, shops, bars, pubs, restaurants (and bus stops);
- 10 mins from the train station;
- 20 mins from the town centre;
- 15 mins (cycling) from Addenbrookes Hospital.

We are four young professionals, looking for a friendly, responsible and tidy/clean housemate to live with and share this cosy house! We view the house as a home and the upkeep, as a collective responsibility from everyone of us.

Most of us work the weekday 9-5. Our social lives are primarily outside the house but we still do keep up with each other's lives and get along very well. Every now and then, we would have less coordinated moments of kitchen banter, eating together, watching shows together etc.

We are interested in people who can stay for a longer term. To arrange a viewing please send us a message. Weekday evening/night viewings are preferred when it is likelier that more of us are in the house to meet you.
