Double bedroom and office far end of Mill Road

Hi,

I am looking for a housemate to occupy a double room and a small office room in our home at the far end of Mill Road. To occupy the place until at least 15th March 2023.

I'd like someone who actively integrates tidiness and cleanliness as part of respect for the other person and for the home itself.

To see what utilities and facilities are there, please have a look at the pictures. There is also a large garden with privacy.

I work as an R&D software engineer, and I am also fairly preoccupied by various personal work. When I can, I like to return home to the outdoors, look for interesting music, and physically move or play. I work mostly at home, and also tend to relax at home, but I am very capable of accommodating others, granted some commitment on their part.

Before offering the room, I would ideally like to try to know you, either to meet separately or otherwise to stay for a chat at the viewing.
