Looking for a housemate for maisonette flat.

- There is some furniture in the room, a bedframe and mattress, a desk and chair, a set of bookshelves, and a small set of drawers. You can keep this if you want it, or get rid of it -- it belonged to previous housemates.
- There is a large built-in wardrobe in the bedroom.
- Shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom.
- The furnishings shown in photos of communal spaces are mine -- if you have your own you want to add, be my guest! Always down to make the flat feel cosier.
- Off street parking and bike shelter.
- Secluded off-street entrance to flat.
- Communal green space right outside the front door.
- Close to Mill Road, 10-15 walk from Railways Station, Cambridge city centre, and right next to Beehive shopping centre.

About me:
- I work at the University of Cambridge in admin.
- I work Mon-Fri in the office, so if you work from home you'll have the flat to yourself.
- Easy going and easy to get on with. Happy to spend time socialising, but also happy if you want to keep to yourself.
- I have lived here for 5 years and I love it. I really want to stay!

Bills and council tax comes to around £150 pcm (BAND C).
