Attic room in Victorian house

We have an large attic room with a double bed, storage, armchair, desk and an ensuite shower room available for rent. Shared facilities include a well stocked large kitchen- fridge, freezer, hub, ovens dishwasher and washing machine. WiFi We are a 10 minute walk to the train station and 15minutes from the city centre. We have a garage for bike storage. We have 3 adult children, 2 live in London but come to visit occasionally. The other one is away at university and will be coming home in the holidays, so the house gets a bit livelier then! We also have a small dog. I work from home mostly.
