Small Room, Available Now, Friendly Home

We are two girls and one guy living in a 4 bedroom house with easy access to central Cambridge and several shops. Less than 10 minutes cycle to the train station.
Shared kitchen, living room, bathroom, downstairs little toilet and conservatory. We have a massive garden with a few sheds, also a garage to keep extra staff.
The room is a small single currently furnished with a bunk bed and a desk, but you would be welcome to change that if you have your own furniture.
We are very relaxed people with slightly different interest but always up for a cup of tea watching rubbish tv or pub quiz.
Bills will be around £110 this includes virgin tv and a cleaner once a week.
The house is non smoking but feel free to smoke in the garden. Pets are not allowed by contract.
