Available small bedroom in charming terraced house

I am looking for a female flatmate to join me in a charming 2 bedroom terraced house, available for 6 months.

The house is tucked between the Grafton Centre and Parker's Piece, right near the Free Press. The available bedroom has a built in cupboard, bedside table, and book case; whoever joins the flat will need to source a single or double bed depending on what they'd prefer (either will fit). As it's a compact room and won’t fit a desk, it would be best suited to someone who is working outside the home.

Rent is 600 a month and bills, including a house cleaner every 2 weeks, usually come to about 175 each.

My past flatmate and I really liked our house to feel like a home, and I'd hope the same for a new flatmate. I'm double vaccinated, and I'd be keen to have coffee with whomever comes to look at the house so we can both decide if it's a good fit.
